I started my career with Accenture where I designed and implemented financial systems and conducted strategic plans.  After Accenture, I worked for a private equity group in one of their operating companies.  My experience has exposed me to a number of industries including manufacturing, construction and financial services.  In addition, I was President and part owner of a specialty construction company.  In 2012, I decided to become a Contract CFO and use my finance expertise to help businesses implement new accounting processes to improve their scalability and profitability.  I have my MBA and I am a licensed CPA.

    Results include:  Developed accurate pricing models, and reduced production costs from 69% of revenues to 62%.


    Technology

    Services provided: Financial review, cash flow planning, job costing, and pipeline assessment.

    Results include: Net income increased from 1% to 5% of revenues.


    Construction

    Services provided: Financial review, detailed job costing and business planning.

    Results include: Net income increased from breakeven to 11% of revenues. Production costs reduced from 67% to 60% of revenues. 


    Manufacturing

    Services provided: Internal controls review, revenue and cost trend analysis and cash flow forecasting.

    Results include:  Reduced production costs from 59% of revenues to 55% and identified low return overhead expenditures.



    Equipment Sales & Service

    Services provided: GAAP compliance, production performance metrics and ROI for capital investments.

    Results include: Doubled Return on Revenues for the company.                                                                         


    Marketing

    Services provided:  General accounting services, cash flow management and production planning.

    Results include:  Increased revenue per production employee by more than 12%.
